Travel Channel is set to premiere a series hosted by hospitality expert Anthony Melchiorri.
Extreme Hotels (pictured) follows Melchiorri as he explores one-of-a-kind hotels in locales that span Vietnam and the Swiss Alps. The series will premiere on Nov. 17.
Melchiorri’s Travel Channel credits include hotel renovation series Hotel Impossible as well as Hotel Impossible: Five Star Secrets, in which the personality samples exemplary hotels.
“After dedicating years to rescuing struggle hotels, my new mission takes me to the most beautiful and extreme locations imaginable in search of the ultimate hotel experience,” said Melchiorri, in a statement.
Extreme Hotels is produced by Atlas Media Corporation. Bruce David Klein is executive produce for Atlas Media, while Melchiorri, Lorri Leighton and Bill McClane serve as co-executive producers. Christine Shuler is executive producer for Travel Channel.
